Good evening, I was going to contact you next week to say thank you and how impressed we were by the service you provided for my son’s party yesterday. The fact that the bouncy castle was already in position ahead of our entry to the hall was a huge surprise! The man who collected it after the party was also extremely friendly and polite. Im afraid Im unable to leave a review on Facebook as I dont have an account. Thank you once again. I will happily recommend you within the local community.

As last year, we again, this year enjoyed an excellent service from Megabounce from first enquiries, through delivery, set up, and later collection of our bouncy castle. Your delivery team were engaging, polite and worked with great efficiency. The communication from Megabounce throughout was exceptional. Thank you so much for a first rate service which ensured that our family get together was much enhanced by your product. We will definitely be booking with you again next year.' Kind regards Mrs Tanya Prosser

Absolutely flawless service right from the time of visiting your website right through to pick up after the party, the website is quick and easy to understand and the service you provide is faultless. This is the second time that we have booked with you now and both times you have been beyond brilliant! Also it was really appreciated to receive a message to advise that everything was dropped off and set up ready, very informative and personal service. Cannot fault anything! We will definitely see you again! Thank you so much. Best wishes Harriet (Jones)

Hired a large marquee for a garden party, the guys came in the rain to set it all up included. They were so friendly and even brought along another gazebo to help with the rain!! They were so lovely! Very professional. The Marquee and gazebo were very solid and coped with all the rain and wind! They came to collect it after and they do it all for you! Would definitely hire again without hesitation and would strongly recommend To anyone! They have some amazing things to hire on their website too!
