The Parish Council has responsibility for a number of premises in the village - the various locations can be seen on this map.

Bishop's Cleeve Community Building is situated in the heart of the village, next to the Public Library (within the Tesco car park area). It has three rooms available to hire, with a small kitchenette.

The Parish Office is situated on the opposite side of Tesco's car park and has a meeting room available to hire for meetings, training and information sharing purposes.

There is also a meeting room at the sportsfield pavilion which can be used for sportsfield related activities or meetings.

Room hire rates are dependent on whether you live within the village, are a block-booker or a business. Please refer to the booking forms for more information. Additionally there is a charge of 10% of the hire fee in respect of insurance for those users who do not have their own Public Liability Insurance. You can download our booking forms and risk assessment template below. Completed forms can either be emailed to us or posted to the Parish Office, Church Road, Bishop's Cleeve, Cheltenham GL52 8LR . Please note that we are unable to reserve a room until a completed booking form, risk assessment and payment are received.

Charges from April 2015

£14 per hour (plus 10% for individuals/ groups who do not have their own Public Liability Insurance). Booking forms are available on Bishops Cleeve Parish Council website or from the Parish Office. Payment required at the time of booking (cash or cheque).
