Booking charges
Booking procedure and instructions, hire rates and calendar are all on the hall website: http://www.framptoncommunitycentre.org.uk/.
The booking form/ hire agreement can be downloaded from there and sent to the bookings secretary.
Booking charges, typically £50 half day session or £130 for all day and evening.
Picking up keys
A committee member will meet you at the arranged time on the day of the hire, open up, set up heating and explain everything you need to know. Keys can be supplied if necessary.

Setting up chairs and tables
Hirer's responsibility - and putting away! Rectangular tables and chairs are supplied free of charge. Round banquet tables, tablecloths and napkins are available at extra charge. Room can be set up for a charge.
