Good evening, I was going to contact you next week to say thank you and how impressed we were by the service you provided for my son’s party yesterday. The fact that the bouncy castle was already in position ahead of our entry to the hall was a huge surprise! The man who collected it after the party was also extremely friendly and polite. Just wanted to say a quick thank you for your excellent service on Saturday, arriving promptly, helping with the site set up and supervising the items in a professional manner at all times, I hope we looked after you enough with drinks etc, as it was very warm. An extra thank you for the take down and leaving the areas in a tidy manner as I know you were very busy that day and under time constraints.
