I was going to contact you next week to say thank you and how impressed we were by the service you provided for my son’s party yesterday. The fact that the bouncy castle was already in position ahead of our entry to the hall was a huge surprise! The man who collected it after the party was also extremely friendly and polite. Im afraid Im unable to leave a review on Facebook as I dont have an account.

We have rented bouncing castles from Megabounce twice over the summer and have had excellent service each time. Their website makes it easy to see which castles are available each day and booking can all be done online. The castles were delivered and set up on time and exactly as requested, the staff were very professional and friendly. Highly recommended.
